Shipping Policy

At Scripted (Expbox Brands LLP) shipping is free for all orders across India. The orders will be processed within 2-3 business days and shipped within 4-7 business days. In case of locations outside India, shipping and handling fees may apply based on your location and the size or weight of the product. These fees will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your order is delivered to you safely and promptly. 
 

We take due care to package products according to their packaging requirement, to minimise the chance of damage in transit.
 

You will most likely receive the order for your orders order between 9AM and 7PM, Monday through Saturday. Delivery days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control such as unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, strikes, pandemic containment measures, etc.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Scripted (Expbox Brands LLP), we strive to provide you with high-quality products and ensure your satisfaction. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, missing items, or broken pieces, we offer a return or exchange option. Please carefully review our policy below.
 

Eligibility: Our return and exchange policy is applicable only in cases where the product received has a manufacturing defect, missing items, or broken pieces. We kindly request that you inspect the product upon receipt to identify any such issues.

Initiating a Return or Exchange: If you encounter a manufacturing defect, missing items, or broken pieces, please contact us immediately at hello@expbox.in with the following information:

  1. Order number

  2. Detailed description of the issue

  3. Supporting photographs showcasing the defect, missing items, or broken pieces
     

Our customer support team will review your request and provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
 

Return or Exchange Process: Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
 

Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it thoroughly to verify the manufacturing defect, missing items, or broken pieces. If the issue is confirmed, we will initiate either a refund or replacement as per your preference.
 

Refunds: If you choose a refund, we will process it to your original payment method within 3-4 business days from the date we receive the returned product. The refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
 

Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product or a suitable alternative, subject to availability. We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product.
