Order Cancellation: You have the option to cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our store. To initiate a cancellation, please send an email to hello@expbox.in stating your request. We will promptly process your cancellation if we receive your email before the order has been dispatched. No cancellation will be possible incase of personalised products. Personalised would mean any product with uses name, photos of quotes given by the customer.
Refunds: If your cancellation request is valid basis the conditions above, we will cancel your order and initiate a refund to your account within 3-4 business days. Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Once your order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. In such cases, you may refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for further assistance.
