Personalised would mean any product with uses name, photos of quotes given by the customer.

Refunds: If your cancellation request is valid basis the conditions above, we will cancel your order and initiate a refund to your account within 3-4 business days. Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Once your order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. In such cases, you may refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for further assistance.
